The solution also needed to personalize interactions using community demographics, languages, cultural backgrounds, and cognitive conditions while providing secure session management and simple administration.

The solution combines an animated AI avatar with lip sync, real-time voice interactions, personalized trivia experiences, secure session management, and cloud-native infrastructure into a unified platform.

Administrators can create secure activity sessions through a web dashboard, generate unique shareable links, and launch AI-hosted trivia sessions without requiring resident accounts. The AI-powered virtual assistant conducts natural voice conversations, asks and adapts trivia questions, processes spoken responses, and delivers personalized, engaging experiences based on each community's demographics, language preferences, and resident profiles.
