Decision intelligence for systems that act

When you need systems to perform actions and complete work, you need clear, actionable decisions rather than text. We have built that engine on Laya. Own, operate, and manage your own sovereign decision intelligence layer.

What is the Decision Intelligence Engine?

GoML's Decision Intelligence Engine is an easy-to-integrate system to turn repetitive enterprise decisions into business outcomes. Built on Laya, it replaces LLMs in your decision-making chain, dramatically reducing human intervention.

A light, low-latency model

Built on Laya, an open-source decision model. You declare the questions and their valid answers up front. It returns actionable replies in a single pass without vague text that needs interpretation.

The production system to integrate the engine into your operating stack and enterprise decision making.

  • Operationsdrift, cost, and quality tracking

Where does an enterprise need decision intelligence?

Consider a decision intelligence engine when your workflows need a route and the decision paths are known in advance.

Email and case triage

Turn incoming messages into the right workflow route.

Service prioritization

Find urgency and ownership before queues build.

Invoice exceptions

Focus reviewers on meaningful mismatches.

Approval routing

Decide the review path with explicit business controls.

Agent tool routing

Pick the right next tool from permitted alternatives.

How does decision intelligence work?

GoML used the Decision Intelligence Engine on a shipment escalation workflow for a manufacturing customer, with explainable decisions and zero spend on generated tokens.

Stage 1: An email arrives

An email comes in from a freight forwarder. The port is congested and someone asks whether to escalate. A language model reads it and pulls out the reference, the status, and the request.

Stage 2: The engine decides

The structured state goes to the engine, with the questions and permitted answers already declared. It returns a route for the workflow to act on, along with a probability.

Stage 3: The workflow acts

Thresholds and permissions decide what the system may do with that answer. Low-stakes calls run on their own, and weak evidence or a commercial decision goes to manual review.

LLM or small model for decision intelligence?

When the output is an action, open-ended text becomes a liability. Your application has to parse it and handle answers that fall outside the permitted set. Systems that do rather than write need a dedicated decision layer on a purpose-built model like Laya or Jev.

LLM

  • Insequential natural-language information
  • Outflexible generated text
  • Its jobunderstand, reason, generate

Laya

  • Instructured program state
  • Outa predefined decision with a probability
  • Its jobroute, decide, constrain

It's time for sovereign decision intelligence

Laya and Jev are new, and they give you the option to own your decision intelligence layer: a sovereign asset that underpins work across your enterprise. GoML has already built the engine you need to integrate and run on your work.

Faster routine decisions

Route and score options without generating long-form text.

Right-size model spend

Reduce frontier LLM spend for routine and repetitive decision making.

Explainable decisions

Fully traceable decision making that is grounded in your business rules and policies.

Fast deployment

GoML's Decision Intelligence Engine is built to be customized, adapted, and integrated quickly.

Frequently asked questions

Common questions about decision intelligence, the models behind it, and how the engine fits the systems you already run.

What is decision intelligence?

Decision intelligence turns a judgment your teams repeat into a structured step inside a workflow. You declare the question and its valid answers, and the system returns one of them with a probability.

How can you use AI in decision intelligence?

A language model reads the unstructured input and pulls out the facts. A small decision model picks one of your permitted answers, and your business policy decides what the workflow does next.

Is Jev different from Laya?

They are separate small decision models with the same job: return a typed answer rather than free text. GoML's Decision Intelligence Engine treats the model as a component, so either one can sit behind it.

How are Laya and Jev different from ChatGPT or Claude?

ChatGPT and Claude generate open-ended text that your application then has to parse. Laya and Jev return one of your declared answers with a probability, so there is nothing left to interpret.

Can Laya be trained for specific workflows?

Yes. The model is open source and self-hosted, so you can fit it on your own decisions, benchmark it against a golden set, and keep the weights inside your estate.

Start with one decision in your business

Pick a decision your teams repeat every day. We map the workflow, agree on the questions and valid answers, and benchmark before anything runs on its own.
