Salesforce and Anthropic have announced Claudeforce, an expanded partnership connecting Claude’s reasoning with Salesforce data, workflows, business logic and governance.
The initiative launches with Salesforce in Claude, a plugin offering 37 prebuilt sales skills for meeting preparation, deal health, pipeline reviews and other revenue workflows. Claude is also available across Agentforce and serves as the default model for several Slack experiences, including Slackbot.
Salesforce in Claude routes actions through existing Salesforce permissions and business rules to maintain enterprise controls. The integration is currently available to select pilot customers, with an open beta planned for September 2026 and additional skills coming later.
