Powering Frontier Transformation with Copilot and agents

Microsoft announced new Copilot and AI agent capabilities to help organizations become “Frontier Firms.” These tools automate workflows, analyze work data, and enable human-AI collaboration across Microsoft 365 apps.

Microsoft introduced new Microsoft 365 Copilot and AI agent capabilities designed to help organizations transform into “Frontier Firms,” where humans and AI agents collaborate to improve productivity and business processes. The platform uses an intelligence layer called Work IQ that analyzes emails, files, meetings, and chats to understand a user’s work context and suggest actions.

Copilot can recommend or activate specialized agents that handle tasks such as research, document creation, data analysis, and workflow automation directly within apps like Word, Excel, and Teams.

These capabilities enable multi step workflows, personalized assistance, and faster decision making across organizations adopting AI powered work systems.
