GoML develops emotionally aware AI assistant for real-time conversations

GoML created an emotionally intelligent AI assistant for FolksChats that analyzes tone, sentiment, and conversational context to improve real-time digital communication and user engagement experiences.

GoML partnered with FolksChats to build an emotionally intelligent AI assistant designed to improve real-time communication through contextual and sentiment-aware interactions.

The platform uses conversational AI, emotion detection, natural language understanding, and adaptive response generation to create more human-like digital conversations across messaging environments. According to the case study, the assistant can identify emotional signals, adjust communication tone, and provide contextually relevant responses to improve user engagement and conversational quality.
