GoML partnered with FolksChats to build an emotionally intelligent AI assistant designed to improve real-time communication through contextual and sentiment-aware interactions.
The platform uses conversational AI, emotion detection, natural language understanding, and adaptive response generation to create more human-like digital conversations across messaging environments. According to the case study, the assistant can identify emotional signals, adjust communication tone, and provide contextually relevant responses to improve user engagement and conversational quality.
The system was developed to support scalable real-time interactions while maintaining responsiveness and personalization. The project highlights the growing adoption of emotionally aware AI systems in customer communication, social engagement, and digital assistant applications.
