The solution combines conversational AI, benchmarking APIs, automated SQL generation, and real-time analytics workflows to help users access insights using natural language queries.
According to the case study, the platform delivers automated visualizations, comparative benchmarking, CSV exports, and session-aware analytics experiences without requiring SQL expertise.
The architecture uses PostgreSQL RDS, Databricks SQL, AWS Bedrock, and secure data anonymization to support scalable enterprise analytics operations. The implementation reportedly improved insight generation speed, reduced manual dashboard dependency, and increased analytics automation adoption.
