Microsoft announced Copilot Cowork, a new approach to getting work done with AI inside Microsoft 365. The system acts like an AI teammate that can research information, prepare meeting briefs, organize files, and manage emails across workplace tools such as Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Copilot Cowork focuses on completing multi step tasks rather than responding to single prompts. It can analyze documents, gather context from different sources, and generate outputs like reports or summaries while users supervise the process.
