Amazon launches Quick desktop AI assistant that works across apps and automates tasks

AWS introduced Amazon Quick, a desktop AI assistant that connects apps, learns user workflows, and automates tasks like creating dashboards, presentations, and emails across enterprise tools.

Amazon Web Services has launched Amazon Quick, a desktop AI assistant designed to streamline work across multiple applications and data sources. It connects with tools like Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, Zoom, and Salesforce, allowing users to access files, emails, and workflows in one place.

The assistant learns from user behavior over time, building context to automate tasks such as drafting emails, creating presentations, generating dashboards, and analyzing data.

By running continuously and integrating deeply with enterprise systems, Amazon Quick aims to reduce time spent switching between apps and improve overall productivity.
