ZebraAI wants to revolutionize the real estate sales & conversion, with Generative AI powered Leasing co-pilot, aimed at corporate co-working space providers. 

Approach: 

GoML’s GenAI consulting team designed a solution to automate end to end co-working leasing engine, right from inbound sales queries, to follow ups & qualification, suggesting the best matched properties for the user requirements, tour booking & management to sale closure, as a Leasing co-pilot. The solution was built on AWS Native services, including Bedrock & Comprehend. 

The solution had the following components: 

  • Claude-powered Email Response: The platform utilizes advanced Natural Language Processing (NLP) with Claude to generate human-like responses, providing clients with a seamless and personalized experience. This not only improves response quality but also ensures a professional and tailored interaction. 
  • Automated NLP for Inquiry Handling: Automated advanced NLP comprehends and generates contextually relevant responses to inquiries, intelligently understanding the user’s requirements and fetching the most relevant matches from the inventory. The system is integrated with Calendly for automated appointment scheduling, enhancing the overall client experience and streamlining the process. 
  • Toggle AI Responses: 
  • The flexibility to toggle AI responses on and off empowers users to maintain control and switch between automated and manual communication as needed. This ensures that businesses can adapt their communication strategy based on the nature of inquiries and the desired level of personalization.
